1. To have a minimum of 5 years owning and exhibiting Otterhounds and have the support of the Club. 2. To have judged a minimum of 8 classes of Otterhounds at Open and Championship Shows (without CC’s). 3. To have judged a minimum of 24 Otterhounds. 4. To have attended at least one breed specific judging seminar and passed an assessment run by the Breed Club or attended the Hound Group Judges Development Programme seminar on the breed.
